The 2025-26 HSA Executive Board consists of:

• Fundraising - 
  • This position manages all HSA fundraisers and receives a monetary goal from the executive board at the start of each school year.
• Volunteer Coordinator - 
  • This role recruits volunteers for school events like Fall Festival, Book Fair, Grandparent’s Day, and other School events. All volunteers working with children must undergo Safe Environment clearance and wear the red security badge when in the building or around students.
• Outreach -
  • This role involves reaching out to room parents in case of family illness or loss, and organizing gestures like small gifts, cards, and visits for affected students and their immediate family.
• Room Parent Coordinator - 
  • Room parents, with guidance and approval from homeroom teachers, organize treats and activities for class parties and communicate with parents via email.
• Hospitality - 
  • This role manages all hospitality arrangements for HSA membership meetings, social events, and relevant school gatherings.
• Teacher Appreciation - Meredith Talley 
  • This role organizes teacher appreciation events throughout the school year, including luncheons and birthday celebrations.

In addition to the HSA Executive Board, there are standing teams that are managed by volunteers and overseen by the Executive Board. Parents are encouraged to become involved in the HSA as a board or team member.

Room Parents
Parents play a crucial role in enhancing the classroom experience. Room parents support the school under the guidance of the HSA, classroom teacher, and administration, requiring current Diocesan Safe Environment Certification. Requests for room parents are organized at the start of each school year.
